Co-Founder | Operations & Client Relations
Rex Risner brings more than a decade of experience working in demanding, high-pressure environments where attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
Throughout his career, Rex has spent over 10 years in customer service and specialty cleaning services, including crime scene and biohazard cleanup. These roles required working in extremely stressful situations while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and precision.
Rex developed a strong reputation for work ethic, problem solving, and remaining calm under pressure. His experience interacting directly with families, clients, and professionals in difficult situations shaped his commitment to treating every person with dignity and respect.
At Guardian Veterans, Rex focuses on operational excellence and ensuring that every client, patient, and healthcare partner receives dependable and professional service.
Matthew Lunceford
Co-Founder | Strategy & Operations
Matthew Lunceford is a proud United States Army veteran with more than 10 years of military service leading teams in demanding environments where accountability, discipline, and mission success were critical.
During his time in the Army, Matthew developed extensive leadership experience while managing personnel, coordinating operations, and ensuring that complex tasks were executed efficiently and safely.
His military background instilled the importance of teamwork, communication, and maintaining high standards under pressure. Matthew is known for his ability to lead with confidence while ensuring every objective is completed with precision and professionalism.
At Guardian Veterans, Matthew brings the leadership mindset and mission-focused discipline developed through military service to help build a transportation company that healthcare providers and families can depend on.
